Cheddar Gorge Extra Mature 1/8 2.5kg
A good stout cheddar with a characteristic savoury tang. The cheese retains the sweetness of the local pasture milk, but has a firmer body than younger equivalent cheddars. This is a naturally rinded product and the colour of the rind may have seasonal variations. It may contain naturally occuring blue veins which are normal and typical of this type of cheese. We think they're a bit tasty as well!
