Mellow Cheddar, as the name suggests, is the youngest of our cheeses. At around 6 months old it has plenty character yet has a creamy texture unusual for a traditional cheddar cheese. 2019 has been a great year for our Mellow ? winning awards left, right and centre! The creamy texture and gentle authentic cheddar taste frequently surprises our customers who dont expect the depth of flavour.
