Jamaican Jerk Spicy Gourmet Cheddar 200g Wax. One of our unique Gourmet Cheese. Made with top quality Jamaican style Jerk sauce and added spices which gives this cheese a really pleasant kick and a gentle heat that leaves a tingle on the tastebuds.
Jerk is a style of cooking originating in Jamaica where a meats and fish are dry or wet rubbed with a Jerk Spice mixture. Jerk spice predominantly relies on two spices, allspice and scotch bonnet chilli.
