Soft goats milk cheese with a white mould rind from the Lyon region. The hexagonal shape of the one kilo piece makes it an attractive alternative in the cheese counter. Fine goat flavour. As the cheese matures it is softer and creamier, and also easier to spread. The cheese has a fantastic flavour without being too strong.
