Cuddy's Cave 3kg
Cuddy's Cave is a special recipe of our own, unique in the UK. Matured for 3-5 months, it has its own distinctive natural rind, is characteristically rich and mellow in flavour, and depending on the time of year, can be slightly lactic, fresh and curdy, or creamy and buttery due to the high butter fat content of the summer milk produced from the cows grazing the rich and varied pasture in the Glendale Valley.
