Double Berkeley 2kg
Double Berkeley is a pasteurised full fat hard cheese with a natural mouldy rind. Production of this cheese at Hunts Court began in 1984. The cheese has a mild and slight lactic flavour, with a soft texture, making an excellent toasting cheese. The cheese is coloured with Annatto, after milling, giving it a mottled appearance. This is a naturally rinded product and such, there will be surface mould.
