Ecorce Sapin 200g
Sapin bark is a French cheese, made on the plateaux of the Jura massif, in Franche-Comté. he was born in the mid-1980s.
Its production remains semi-artisanal.
The cheeses are molded, then wrapped in a spruce strap. After three weeks of turning and rubbing in a temperate cellar, it is finally ready to be tasted. Typical of Haut Doubs, it is a cow's milk cheese with a slightly woody taste, rich in Omega 3. It takes fifteen days of refining. It contains 28% fat in the finished product.
