Fowlers Little Derby 2kg
A little derby is a traditional cheese which has been made out of county and matured longer than the normal length of time. Open texture with smooth creamy body and a mature 9 months of nutty flavour only comes from over 300 years of knowledge passed down over 14 generations. A whole cheese can be bought cloth bound, smaller sizes come washed in red wine and packed for convenience.
