Hulla Baloo Blue Cheese 600g
Hulla Baloo is a pasteurised full fat semi soft cheese with a natural mould rind and blue veins. The texture of the cheese can vary from firm to runny due to natural variations in milk composition.
Dimensions: 125mm diameter and 50mm thick. Production of this cheese at Hunts Court began in 2025. The cheese has a mild blue mould flavour and smooth pasty texture.
