Nettlebed Bix 100g
Bix is an organic soft, pasteurised, triple crème cheese named
after the village Bix in south Oxfordshire, where the herd
grazes. It is made from organic milk from the family farm. The
recipe is loosely based on that of a Chaource, a luxuriant
white-rind cheese from Champagne country. It has won a
variety of prizes and is a very popular cheese.
