Camembert and Smoke Almond Salad

Ingredients
- 1x Granny smith apple
- 1x Stick of Celery
- 100g Baby rocket
- 200g Cricket St Thomas Camembert
- 60g Smoke Almond
- Olive oil - To Dress the Salad
- Micro Celery Cress
- Maldon Sea Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Step 1:
Brunoise the apple and celery
Brunoised the apple and celery into small pieces.
Step 2:
Slice the Cricket St Thomas
Slice the Cricket St Thomas into small wedges and dress lightly with the olive oil and Maldon sea salt.
Step 3:
Cut the smoke almonds
Cut the smoke almonds in half and add them to camembert.
Step 4:
Mix the rocket and micro-Celery
Mix the rocket and micro-Celery together and add a pinch of Maldon Seal salt and twist of pepper, add extra olive oil if needed.
